FIELD OF EMPLOYMENT
Cement or anhydrite screeds conforming to current regulations, NF DTU 52.2 bonded tiling, CPT, AT/DTA, …

ASSOCIATED COATINGS Compliant with NF DTU 52.2.
• Stoneware: pressed stoneware, extruded stoneware, fine vitrified and porcelain stoneware
• Terracotta tiles for indoor flooring only
• Miscellaneous: Briare, glass paste, earthenware, slate (interior flooring)
• Reconstituted and pressed cement slabs
• Suitable for oblong format (up to 10 slenderness)
• Natural stones (marbles, granites, lavas, etc.), by assessing the risk of staining of tiles (CGM of DTU 52.2)

REQUIRED TOOLS
Notched comb suitable for the use and consumption of powder, Mixing trough, measuring bucket, tiler's trowel, tiler's beater, Mixer with variator (slow speed).

PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT
The surface must be sound, clean, sturdy, and dust-free.
Particular attention will be paid to verifying, in particular:
• the absence of a film. Otherwise, sand and dust the surface
• the preheating process
• Residual humidity (carbide spray) must not exceed 1% in E1 rooms and 0.5% in E2 rooms
To achieve these flat surfaces, the application of a leveling compound will be necessary: RAGREMAX ECO, RAGREFOR..
In E2 premises, apply around the perimeter (FLOOR-WALL corner) the CERMIFILM primer (drying time approximately 2 hours) and the AR 12 reinforcement strip between two layers of SPEC CERMICRYL (drying time approximately 3 hours).

PRODUCT PREPARATION
Mix approximately 6 (±0.375) liters of water with 25 kg of powder
Obtain a homogeneous mixture. Use the mixture immediately.

FINISHING
Jointing should be done 4 to 6 hours after installation.

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
- Application temperature: +5 to +30°C
- Rest time before spreading: none
- Practical usage time (PUT): 1 hour
- Practical open time: 30 min
- Adjustment time: 20 min
- Waiting time before grouting: 4 hours
- Deadline for opening the soil to traffic: the following day

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
