Cermiplus XL Flex adhesive is a high-performance adhesive mortar, specially formulated for rapid installation in just 2h30, thus accelerating your tiling work.

PRODUCT PREPARATION
Double-glued
Mix :
- Grey: 5.8 to 6.2 litres of water approximately with 25 kg of powder, floor and wall.
- White: 5.5 to 6 liters of water approximately with 25 kg of powder, floor and wall.
Obtain a homogeneous mixture. Use the mixture immediately.

Using simple gluing
Mix :
- Grey: Approximately 7 L (+/- 0.375 L) of water with 25 kg of powder
- White: 6.75 L (+/- 0.375 L) of water approximately with 25 kg of powder.
Obtain a homogeneous mixture. Use the mixture immediately.

APPLICATION
Apply CERMIPLUS XL FLEX RAPID in an even layer to the substrate over a maximum area of 1 to 2 m². Apply using single or double gluing as appropriate (see consumption table).
Adjust the thickness using the appropriate comb according to the format.
Within the open time limit, press the tiles down to completely flatten the grooves and ensure good transfer of the adhesive.
Eliminate adhesive seepage between the tiles.
Respect the technical joints (DTU 52.2): expansion, fractional, contraction, peripheral, stop.

FINISHING
Jointing was carried out 2 hours and 30 minutes after installation.
On the facade it is advisable to use CERMIJOINT BM, low modulus which allows you to do without expansion joints according to DTU 52.2.

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
- Application temperature: +5 to +25°C
- Practical usage time (PUT): 20 min
- Practical open time: 20 min
- Adjustment time: 10 min
- Waiting time before grouting: 3 hours
- Time required to open the soil to traffic: 6 hours
- P4S commissioning time: 4-5 days
Values obtained in the laboratory at 23°C and 50% RH, according to the applicable standard. These times will be shorter at high temperatures and longer at low temperatures.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the tools with water after use and before the glue hardens.

Good to know:
For optimal installation, it is essential to turn off the underfloor heating 48 hours before the start of the work, throughout the entire installation period and for 48 hours after the work is completed.
