Having an extended edge on your stairs is a legal requirement and meets safety standards . This extended edge provides a grip for your foot, preventing you from slipping when going up and down the stairs.
The tile nosing profile with an extended edge measures 250 cm, allowing it to be used for multiple steps. It has a thickness of 12.5 mm, making it compatible with any type of tile. However, it is not suitable for stone.
Another important element is that the finishing profile has a groove to accommodate the entry of the riser tiles in order to fully tile your staircase and give a unique finish.
Anodized aluminum provides resistance to heat but also to the conditions of your outdoor environment, because it is rustproof.
