APPLICATION
Apply CERMIPLUS RAPID in an even layer to the surface, covering a maximum area of 1 to 2 m². Apply using a single or double coat as appropriate (see consumption table).
Adjust the thickness using the appropriate comb depending on the format
Within the open time limit, press the tiles down to completely flatten the grooves and ensure good adhesive transfer.
Eliminate adhesive seepage between the tiles
Respect the technical joints (DTU 52.2): expansion, contraction, contraction, peripheral, and stop joints.

FINISHING
Jointing should be done 3 to 6 hours after installation.

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
- Application temperature: +5 to +25°C
- Rest time before spreading: None
- Practical usage time (PUT): 30 min
- Practical open time: 20 min
- Adjustment time: 10 min
- Waiting time before grouting: 3 hours
- Time required to open the soil to traffic: 6 hours
Values obtained in the laboratory at 23°C and 50% RH, according to the applicable standard. These times will be shorter at high temperatures and longer at low temperatures.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the tools with water after use and before the glue hardens.
