German-made tileable shower bench
For a shower, bathroom or hammam to be comfortable, it must have seating.
In a bathroom, a bench can be used to place your belongings or simply to rest. In a shower, a bench can provide a place to wait while applying a mask or make it easier for children and the elderly to wash.
Three different shapes are available: a rectangular bench, a rounded bench, and a rounded bench with a backrest.
Small shower seats can't compete with this fully integrated shower bench in your bathroom. Firstly, it's safer, but it's also more aesthetically pleasing since you can tile the shower bench with the same tiles as your room, making the seat blend seamlessly into your space. Floor, wall, and bench become one.
For curved seats, small tiles are necessary: mosaic or tiles no larger than 25 mm are required. For the square bench, any type of tile can be used. Plastering the bench is also an option.
But building a bench yourself is a difficult task that requires a lot of time and effort. Thanks to the kit from the German manufacturer Jackon, installing a tileable bench is easy. The prefabricated bench kits have been designed with millimeter precision; each element has been perfectly cut to ensure a seamless and quick fit. All the necessary components are included in the kit, including adhesive, sealant, and screws.
The bench is 120 cm long, but it can be cut to size to suit your needs. The bench's depth at ground level is shallower than the seat depth, providing greater comfort while seated.
