Many of us place hygiene products on the shower floor or on an unsightly plastic shelf. Having these products on the floor is inconvenient; you have to bend down regularly, etc.
Gold finishes have become widespread in bathrooms (faucets, shower enclosures, etc.), but it is still difficult to find gold-colored shower shelves.
Tots has developed this stainless steel niche, brushed gold, to beautify your shower space.
The brushed gold built-in niche is available in 2 sizes:
- 30 cm x 20 cm, this dimension is perfect for closed corner showers.
- 60 cm x 20 cm, this size is ideal for a walk-in shower with its straight lines.
Choosing a brushed gold niche allows you to coordinate it with your faucets or shower enclosure profile. This way, you can create a cohesive bathroom décor without any jarring notes.
The niche has a folded rim; aesthetically, this small detail acts as a decorative element, like a picture frame. This niche is perfect for installation in a shower, but it can just as easily be installed anywhere in the house.
From a technical standpoint, this edging is perfect for concealing an irregular tile cut. Its 10 cm depth is ideal for installation on a 70 mm placo partition, followed by 13 mm placo and 15 mm glued tiles, for a total thickness of approximately 98 mm.
The remaining 2 mm are for the Crystal silicone. There's no need to glue it to the bottom; a simple bead of silicone around the perimeter is enough to guarantee a watertight seal.

Sold without mounting frame. Before installing the shower niche, it is essential to ensure your wall is watertight.
Good to know:
There are no pre-frames that simply add extra thickness and therefore don't fit. You simply need to create your niche with placo, apply the sealant, and tile around it, not inside the niche.
