Victor has a diverse academic and professional background. After earning a scientific baccalaureate with options in physics and chemistry in Dunkirk, he pursued studies in economics and management at the University of the Côte d'Opale (ULCO) in Dunkirk, where he obtained a University Diploma in Management (DUG). Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Victor has several passions that reflect his dynamic and active personality. He is particularly interested in bodybuilding.
